The 13 metrics chosen to measure are each linked to the client’s 2021 strategic priorities including Leadership, Safety, Processes and Systems.
The client has taken the approach to use Teamgage quarterly and use the results as part of a regular presentation to Senior Leadership.

- A facilitation guide is used to support managers having conversations with their teams using the Teamgage feedback they receive
