It allows the Senior Leadership team to gain a pulse check on the health of the organisation and how employees are feeling. The 13 metrics chosen to measure are each linked to the client’s 2021 strategic priorities including Leadership, Safety, Processes and Systems.
The client has taken the approach to use Teamgage quarterly and use the results as part of a regular presentation to Senior Leadership.
- A structured approach is now used where each leader needs to review their Teamgage feedback, pull out insights and then create action plans
- A facilitation guide is used to support managers having conversations with their teams using the Teamgage feedback they receive
- The feedback allowed teams to create business cases to improve areas like their culture, ways of working and customer relationships
- The client was also able to use Teamgage to identify problem areas within teams and then work with leaders to identify resolutions
